Neuromodulators, such as Botox, are brands of botulinum used to soften and relax dynamic wrinkles in the face. The same neuromodulators can be used in the scrotal muscle (Dartos muscle) to relax the scrotum without touching the testicle. The result is smoother scrotal skin and a more pendulous scrotal sac, which makes the testicles appear larger.
The typical duration of scrotal muscle relaxation for Botox is approximately 3 months. Neuromodulator injections may need to be repeated to achieve your goals.
