Dr. Julia Buthmann, MD, CFPC graduated from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Medicine in 2019 and completed her residency in Family Medicine, followed by a fellowship in Oncology with the Ottawa Hospital. During her residency training, Dr. Buthmann developed an interest in skin health and aging and started her training in Medical Cosmetics in 2021 with the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine. She completed their Board-Certified Package for Physicians, which included hands-on advanced dermal fillers and neurotoxins courses as well as training in PRP, micro-needling and chemical peels.
Dr. Buthmann then gained a year of clinical experience at a Medical Cosmetic Clinic in Ottawa, before joining the Belmont Clinic in 2024.
Dr. Buthmann's goal is to provide professional and clinically safe procedures, while focusing on achieving a natural look. She loves meeting new people and quickly makes her clients feel comfortable and at ease.
